Smart Recipe
An employee records their screen while doing a real task with AI. Smart Recipe turns the recording into a recipe: the video, the steps in order, the prompts to copy, and the explanations they gave while working.
AI Coach
AI Coach helps everyone at the company have a bigger impact with AI. It learns how real work is getting done from your company's recipes. It answers questions, explains concepts, and helps adapt AI breakthroughs to everyone's work.
Spotlight
Spotlight shows and celebrates how far an employee's recipe spread: which teams picked it up, and how many recipes each team made from it. Champions get recognized for what they shared, and everyone else sees a reason to share their own work.
Adoption Meter
Adoption Meter puts every team on the same two measures, AI fluency and business impact, so the company can see which teams are ahead and which need help. For each type of AI tool the company pays for, it also shows how many recipes use it, how advanced that use is, what it costs, and what business results it produced.
